If, for any reason, you do not love your The Silicone Kitchen product, please return your product within 30 days of receiving your item for a refund of the full product cost, less original shipping fees. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind:

• The original order number must be included with the return

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund, less shipping cost, to the original form of payment. Please allow 5 – 7 business days from receipt of the return merchandise to see the refund reflected on your banking statement.
